Refund policy
1. General Return Conditions
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before sending any items back.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used chemicals and solvents

Temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials (e.g., DMC, NMP)

Customized or made-to-order products

Clearance or final sale items
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@hipurichem.com with:

Reason for return

Photo(s) of the product (if applicable)
Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
4. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Please use a trackable shipping method; HipuriChem is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
